The UNESCO Public Library
The manifesto is a report endorsed by UNESCO in 1949 and redesigned in Paris on 29 November 1994. Indeed, even declares the element's conviction towards open libraries universally, as fundamental establishments for the advancement of peace and well - being the soul of mankind.
